Jennifer Worrall

Co-founder, President, & Chief Executive Officer

Jennifer has over a dozen years of experience in the energy sector. Most recently, she served as the Director of Information Engineering for a microgrid company, where she was responsible for the design and implementation of their solutions architecture, cyber-physical integration, and cybersecurity policies and procedures. At her prior position at Southern Company Transmission, she was a Senior Technical Architect for their Energy Management System and related applications. Jennifer also has experience as a Development Team Lead and Program Manager for a large client implementation while consulting for Accenture, and as a software engineer at large Internet-based companies like About.com.
Jennifer graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and minor in Mathematics. There she was a participant of the prestigious NASA Multidisciplinary Design and Analysis Fellowship Program.
Jennifer designed and implemented the patent-pending FractalGrid architecture which is the blueprint for Camp Pendleton’s FractalGrid Demonstration.


Steve Smith

Chief Financial Officer

Steve is a successful serial entrepreneur, having founded four software startups, including GrabFan, the world’s first real-time peer-to-peer mobile prediction network utilized on sporting events using a virtual currency. Prior to his startups, he was a financial analyst for Wells Fargo Bank where he supported a $500 million portfolio of over 50 credit customers with revenues ranging from $20 to $500 million through financial modeling, covenant compliance checking, financial monitoring, and projection creation. Most recently, he was a controller for clean-tech company that developed microgrids.
Steve graduated with his business degree from the Eller College of Management from the University of Arizona.


Jeff Wright

Chief Technology Officer

Jeff is an avid technologist who is always seeking out new and better ways to automate our lives. He is passionate about leveraging innovative technologies to reduce the impact we leave on our planet. In addition to developing testing frameworks and providing consulting services for emerging technologies at Bose Corporation, he most recently improved software deployment and testing processes at CleanSpark LLC.
Jeff graduated from Bentley University with a B.S. in Computer Information Systems.

Justin Roethle

Sr. Data Scientist

Justin joins the team with over seven years of professional development and consulting experience. He is a passionate software developer focused on utilizing data analytics to discover actionable insights and displaying them through interactive visualizations. A strong believer in continuous learning, he is dedicated to leveraging the latest technologies in order to bring positive change.
Justin is a proud alumnus of the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he majored in Mathematics and Economics with a letter of certificate in Computer Science.


Vaishnavi Yekklur Balaji

Sr. Java Developer

Vaishnavi is responsible for back-end development including implementing protocol stacks such as Modbus and CANbus. She has several years of experience in software development, from working with TATA Consultancy Services, India. She enjoys working in challenging projects and learning new software technologies. She is an avid Java programmer and Android mobile application developer.
Vaishnavi has an M.S. in Computer Science from San Diego State University and a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from the SASTRA University.


Travis Oliver

VP of Engineering

Travis has several years of experience in multiple fields of electrical and electronic engineering including cell phones, industrial control systems, commercial building systems, utility distribution, renewable energy integration, and microgrids. Travis is a forward-thinking professional with a keen sense of project visualization working with teams through high level concepts into detailed system design and operation. He likes to spice up his spare time with Rub It In, his small batch BBQ rubs and spice blend business as well as leading his band, Guiro Grass.
Travis has a B.S. in Electronic Engineering Technology from ITT Technical Institute. He also has certificates in Advanced Solar Design & Analysis as well as Management and Human Resources.

David Kelly

Director of Business Strategy

David leads the business strategy efforts at Iteros. He has held a variety of roles in banking and finance, most recently as Vice President at Wells Fargo Bank in structured asset management, and in portfolio management for a Singapore-based private equity fund. Prior to joining Iteros, David worked for a microgrid technology company in asset strategy, and developed and maintained microgrid financing models.
David attended San Diego State University where he earned a business degree and studied Japanese.

Henry Lin

Managing Director at Point B Capital

Henry brings Point B Capital and its portfolio companies exceptional knowledge and experience in go-to-market strategy and execution, product management, capital formation, venture finance, international operations, and business development. Prior to joining PBC, Henry was the managing director of M Island Group, an early-stage investment and advisory firm. Henry has made seed-stage investments in several ventures in vertical software, mobile entertainment, energy IT, and branded consumer products. Henry was also a venture advisor to a $120 million Silicon Valley/Asia-based venture fund, advising and supporting portfolio companies’ go-to-market strategy and execution.
Henry was co-founder and President of iTango Software, Inc., a web-based Employee Relationship Management (ERM) software company. He was instrumental in the company’s business planning, financial modeling, raising venture capital, launching several suites of web-based applications, and securing strategic partnerships.
Prior to pursuing his passion for entrepreneurship and venture investing, Henry was with Microsoft Corporation where he was responsible for rolling out worldwide operations to support its $250 million OEM hardware business. Before Microsoft, Henry was with Accenture. He has served on several non-profit boards in the Pacific Northwest, including NPower and Music Northwest, and was an advisory board member of Keiretsu Forum. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Washington and attended the Executive MBA/Owner President Management Program at Harvard Business School.


Michael Allman

Chairman and CEO at H2scan Corporation

Mike Allman is an accomplished CEO and Chairman with a highly successful career growing, restructuring, and optimizing business strategy and operations in both the corporate world and with a top-tier global consulting firm. Since 1998, Mike has held a number of leadership positions with Sempra Energy, a $33 billion Fortune 300 energy services holding company in San Diego, CA.
Mike’s most recent position was Chairman, President and CEO of Southern California Gas Company, the $4 billion, largest natural gas distribution company in the United States. Previously Mike was President and CEO of Sempra Generation, a $2 billion electric generation business. Earlier, Mike had an 11 year career at The LEK/Alcar Consulting Group, holding Partner-level business development and consulting roles in the U.S., Europe, and South Africa.
Mike received an MBA with Finance specialization from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Michigan State University.Computer Science.


Phil Father

CEO at Scepter, Incorporated

Phil is a seasoned hybrid entrepreneur/corporate executive experienced in high-tech and infrastructure development. From a broad perspective, he has focused on the satellite communications, renewable energy, and sustainability sectors over the past 20+ years.
Mr. Father is currently founder and CEO of Scepter, Incorporated, an IoT company that provides actionable air pollution information to businesses, consumers, and government agencies. He is also the founder and Chairman of Trio Renewable Gas, Incorporated, a company focused on mass market deployment of modular and scalable thermo-chemical conversion equipment via partnerships with Science Applications International Corporate (SAIC) and Bluefield Renewable Energy. Phil formerly served as CEO and President of ProtoStart Ltd., where he spearheaded many critical efforts including project financing and securing anchor cutsomers in India, Indonesia, Singapore, the Philippines, and the U.S. Government.
Mr. Father holds an MBA from Stanford University, a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MS degree in Mechanical with a concentration in Composite Materials from Rensselaer Polytechnic University.


Art Villanueva

Co-founder & Advisor

Art recently served, after co-founding Iteros, as its VP & CSO. Prior to that, he co-founded and served as the CTO and CSO for CleanSpark, as well as President of its technology arm. He spent 11 years at Northrop Grumman where he served in several high profile capacities including Chief Architect and Lead Systems Engineer for a $638M integration program, catalyzing the Defense Systems Division’s sustainable engineering efforts, and serving in the corporate Architecture Review Committee.
Art has a master’s degree in Enterprise Systems Engineering from UCSD (“Architecting Critical Infrastructure Protection for the Energy Sector and Beyond”), a Master of Science in Computer Science (Multimedia Systems) from UCSD, and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics with a Specialization in Computing from UCLA. Art is also a Certified Enterprise Architect as well as a holder of multiple credentials and technical certifications from Carnegie Mellon University and classwork from Harvard’s sustainability program.
